Three easy steps to finding the best fit when choosing your perfect condom size.
A lot of people don’t even bother trying to find the right condom size. They use whatever is there and it usually works for them. While that is a decent strategy, finding the right condom size can make a difference in the quality of your experience and that of your partner.
A condom that is too small can interfere with the circulation of blood to the penis. A condom that is too large can slide around or even fall off. Neither of these is a desirable outcome. A condom that fits perfectly will provide you an experience that is as intense as that of not wearing a condom. Here are three steps that will help you find the right fit.
Measure the Circumference of Your Penis
Penis circumference is the most important number when finding the right fit. Even though condoms are measured in width, it is easy to convert circumference to width. Circumference is by far the most accurate measurement; any width “measurement” is just an estimate. It may be close, but a measurement of circumference is perfectly accurate.
You can use a measuring tape or, if you prefer, you can use a piece of string, cut it and measure the string.
Use this Conversion Table
|Penis Circumference||Condom Width||Size|
|102mm or less||45mm-47mm||Snugger|
|156mm or greater||65mm-69mm||XL|
Due to differences in manufacturing and performance, your results may vary. If your measurements are on a borderline between sizes, we recommend trying both sizes and seeing what fits you best. Since condoms have great expansion properties, you can’t really “go wrong” if you choose the smaller of the two sizes.
The reason for a larger size is for maximum comfort and ease of use. At any rate, it can be a lot of fun experimenting with different sizes. Measurements are only half of finding the perfect condom size; the other half is gained by experience.
